Hello to those who find their way here. I'm Andre, I go by the moniker "The Game Idea Guy" on YouTube. This is the first posting that I will have for the blog section of my website and I feel that this is the best time to give you a little bit of insight on myself as an individual.
Firstly, I love video games, I've grown up playing them since I was 2 years old and I'm now 33. So...you could say that I have had a substantial history with video games and that they have been a major part of my life for a very long time. I very much enjoy sharing and expressing my ideas when it comes to video games and though I haven't actually fully developed a game myself (which I plan to change in the future), I have tinkered around with several different game engines and concepts, so I do have some understanding of how development works (not extensively).
I also am a writer at heart, I love to come up with stories and concepts for characters, and worlds that don't exist in our physical realm. I'm also a poet and have started writing my own books which are available for purchase in the store tab of this site. But...I'll also be writing some novels and hopefully...if I can get a few partners and artists, I'll be creating some comic books as well.
I have a lot of ambitions and a lot of different ideas that I want to put into action. If you do happen to find that you want to stick around here, I'll be using this blog and site to give details of plans that I have for the future and things that I may just be thinking about as options to really expand my own growth. But I don't want to dive too deep into too many things with this first entry and overload everyone. Let's just say that there will be consistent content and updates for this page.
